Inc. to enter this horse in the Polo Pony Sale to be held at Polo America Expo on September 30 through October 1, 2011, The auction will be held at South Point Casino and Equestrian Center, Las Vegas, NV. Deadline for horses to appear in the Horse Auction section of Polo America Expo magazine is August 15, 2011
This contract becomes effective as soon at it is submitted and accepted by Polo America Ltd., Inc. with a non-refundable entry fee. The Horse owner has read and agrees to perform all of the obligations of the Owner as written below in the Conditions of Sale As the horse owner I understand that I have consigned my horse or horses to the Polo Pony Sale at Polo America Expo and once the name of the horse has appeared in advertisements and promotional material that the horse cannot be sold or scratched from this auction. "No Private Treaty Sales" on the auction grounds will be permitted. |
